DON'T USE: chisel-tip marker · ballpoint · gel pen · fineliner · highlighter.
📄 2. The paper
USE: plain white printer paper. Blank. Letter-size or A4.
DON'T USE: lined notebook paper · receipt paper · coloured paper.
✏️ 3. The actual signature
Sign your full name like you'd sign a credit-card receipt - ~5 to 6 cm wide, readable letters, middle of the page.
DON'T: sign too small, scribble a squiggle, do initials only, or trace over the same line twice.
📷 4. The photo
- Phone directly above the paper - flat, not tilted
- Paper fills most of the frame
- Good daylight or a bright lamp - no hand shadow
- Sharp focus - if it looks blurry on your screen, retake it
